absolutely disappointed with airasia. they’re the one who made mistake (blame their system!). we booked the latest flight but when we received e-ticket, all we have is the earliest flight. we have to pay another SGD 600 to fly to KL which is ridiculous! because it’s not our mistake!
sorry but i’m so pissed off!
oh, the customer service also put us on hold more than 6 minutes!
looks like we’re not attending my cousin’s wedding :-(

Lots of other disappointments on Air Asia to come! Too many people have complained, but lotta my Afghan and Indian fellas told me that Air Asia remains the best airline at Southeast Asia. Confusing!
