I Love That Lady

something super nice happened to me this morning.  i had appointment to see my gynecologist today at 9.30 am. went there together with aldebaran. from my place, it’s absolutely easier to go there by bus. take bus # 65, then stop at lucky plaza. but since i cannot carry my son, we have to use MRT so alde can sit on his stroller (besides taxi fare in the morning is so expensive).

as usual, it was very crowded in MRT. people are going to work. singapore facilitates mothers with baby prams, wheelchair bound-user, children, and elderly to use lift. but i always wonder why most people prefer to use elevator instead of escalator. once, i was with a very healthy (athlete look-alike) man in an elevator. i wonder why…

so it happened when i was in dhoby ghout MRT station. the elevator was on the way down. a lot of people wanted to get in. they’re all healthy and wearing nice dress. i was hopeless. i couldn’t get in. i was standing behind them.

i was right. everybody was in the elevator except me.

suddenly, i heard someone was running from behind. she shouted… “this is not right!” with a loud voice she told people in elevator to let me in.

oh my god.

it was really unexpected.

so, some people get out of the elevator and let me in. there was nothing i can say to the lady but thank you.

i love that lady. she is one in a million.
