My First 10K

Wow! I did it! Just done my first beautiful 10K run on treadmill. I’m training for my first 10K race, #MiloRun #Milo10K.


Totally happy! :)

Yes, even me… the boyot runner can do it! :)

    Gara-gara buka blog ini saya jadi semangat lagi lari pagi. Ngga tau sih dapet berapa kilo, tapi dengan speed yg lumayan boyot – yg penting stabil dan ngga berenti – saya berusaha maintain minimal setengah jam, plus 10-15 menit jalan kaki buat pendinginan. Ngga tau kenapa ya, kalo abis lari itu siangnya jadi berasa hepi dan semangat. Bukan begitu bu? :)
